The Downing Street Memo...

It's starting to happen. The mighty Babylon is beginning to crumble. Just a matter of time before public outcry and fear of congressmen losing re-election will dissolve the lies, deception, and shame to expose the truth.

The Downing Street Memo made public in early May claims that senior UK intelligence officials met with Dubbyuh and his crew to discuss Iraq in July 2002. In this meeting the British say that the US had decided to go to war with Iraq and that the evidence to support such action was being spun around the inevitable military strike. Dubbyuh is saying that never happened and is calling the senior UK officer a liar. We'll see who's lying...

I'm just glad that such a statement made by such a high ranking member of Tony Blair's crew isn't just being swept under the rug. I mean, when we get memos written about Kofi Annen's dealings with the oil-for-food program we demand his resignation. This is not Manhattan, Dubbyuh... the streets are two-way.

I truly think that enough representatives are going to demand answers and the public will begin to question whether or not the whole war was a scam. There are republican House members asking for an exit strategy and the first amendments to the PATRIOT Act have been made.

Nobody's getting impeached or anything, but it will be a LONG LONG time before America invades a country without the support of the rest of the free world... and by free world I mean the WHOLE free world, not Palau and Uganda.
